30 minutes per pound...Start with the Breast Down: 400 degrees for the first 30 minutes. Reduce to 355 degrees for the remainder on the first side, about 70-80 minutes. Then turn the turkey and cook with breast up, cook at 400 Degrees for 30 minutes and 355 degress for the remainder on the second side about 70-80 minutes. For a 12 lb. turkey it takes less then 3 1/2 hours! The most tender, delicious turkey!

Frozen Chicken Breasts

 Delicious Roasted Whole Chicken Recipe:

1 - 3-4 pound Fresh Chicken
1 - Whole Lemon
1 - Sprig fresh rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste

Season Chicken inside and out with salt and pepper. Cut lemon in half and insert both halves into the cavity of the chicken. Insert rosemary sprig into the chicken. Place on the inch rack with the breast side down and cook at 400ºF for 25 minutes. Turn over and cook another 30 minutes or to an internal temperature of 180ºF. We have tried this particular recipe in our test kitchen and it turned out great!

Cherry Tart Recipe

1 - Refrigerator pie crust or even better a homemade pie crust
1 - One large can of cherry filling or even better yet Grandma's homemade cherry filling
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Place crust in the bottom of a 10-inch tart pan or pie dish. Place on the 3 inch rack and cook at 400ºF for 10 minutes. While the crust is cooking mix the cinnamon in to your cherry pie filling. Reserve 1/4 cup of the thickened cherry juices. When the crust is finished, pour in the cherry pie filling. Now place on the 1-inch rack at cook at 400ºF for 15 minutes. Brush with the reserved juices and serve hot or cold.

2 T-bone steaks: Place both at once on the grill and they turned out juicy and sweet, like good meat should. 400 degrees at about 15 minutes per side with 1" steaks. The best ever! Thanks again.

Rib Roast: Season with Pepper, Paprika and Sea Salt.Place on grill with Bone Up 355 Degrees for 1 1/2 hours on each side.

Roasted Turkey: 12 lbs Breast Down 400 Degrees 1/2 hour.
Lower to 355 degrees for 90 minutes
Turn over Breast Up 400 Degrees 1/2 hour
Then 355 Degrees for last 90 minutes
Altogether 4 hours
