Where in the house should I place my pyramid?

In the middle of the house and on the lower floor, main floor. Place one foot away from an electrical outlet. If you have an accessible basement they can put it there too but the room needs to be heated. Always place the pyramid directly on the floor or as low as possible. Do not place under a bed, table or furniture you sit at regularly.

How long does the pyramid have to be in my home before it has cleared the environment of negative or right turning energy?

A maximum of three (3) days, although some experience it in as little as a day.

 I personally had difficulty standing in our former kitchen from pain in my legs that was so bad. When I discovered this location had a geopathic zone in it, we searched and found this cure. Robin is supremely helpful if you are trying to better or enhance your health. The energy products for enhancing water really do work. The small pyramid I placed in the center of my house did bring up some weird mushrooms in an area on my land where there was no water--- and they were weird looking too. And my neighbor benefited as well as he was in the 60 ft. diamater of the pyramid--- mushrooms popped up all through his front and back lawns-- where he never had them before. And I must add that I'm an avid gardener, yet I've never been able to grow tomatoes until I added the whole house water wand--coincidence? I don't believe so. There are so many benefits from the products she sells that I strongly suggest you try some of them and see for yourself. Keep up the good work Robin.
