Domestic Shipping Policy: Golden Illumination Products uses UPS Ground and USPS for all our US Domestic shipping. We offer FREE shipping on orders of selected items (Energized products), over $185.00 within the continental US. For all other locations, we charge the actual UPS charge for shipping.

Please note: While we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time may not ship until the following day.

Shipping costs are not refundable for returned items. If a returned item was shipped for free, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

International Shipping Policy: Golden Illumination Products uses USPS for all our international shipping. We ship anywhere USPS will ship. Note that the integrity of our products can be degraded by being x-rayed. Golden Illumination Products takes no responsibility for product integrity should you decide to order from us.

Please note: Once your package reaches the destination country, it is held until it clears Customs. It may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Golden Illumination Products does not take any responsibility for such duties and/or taxes.

While most international deliveries arrive within 7-10 days, please understand that once the package is handed over to the local country, it becomes subject to the rules and delivery timeframes of that country, including holidays and weather delays. Golden Illumination Products does not make any guarantees regarding shipping times for international orders.

All Vitalzym & VitalzymSeb are products that are shipped FREE!

All merchandise is shipped USPS Priority Mail.  They do not scan the product which prevents any adverse effects on "enzyme" activity levels. Overnight shipping, 2nd day, and 3rd day are available but the customer pays the extra fee for this. The rates are quoted that day at that time. No Refunds Excepted From Manufacturer

Return Policy For Quantum Products

Quantum is dedicated to your happiness. For this reason we will give you a full refund if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase. We offer this 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee with every purchase. So you have nothing to lose by trying the products. The only exception is the Quantum Byte software - with that we offer a 15 day free trial. That will give you plenty of time to see if you like it before you decide to buy it.

We also offer a full one year Warranty on Parts and service. That means if, in the rare chance, something should go wrong with your unit we will be happy to fix or replace it. If you have any questions on these policies, please call or email us.

Golden Illumination will provide a limited* 90 day warranty on all energized products (exception is the new energy cell mug) from date of purchase.  Proof of purchase may be required.  The new Energy Cell Mug comes with a 5 year limited* warranty.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

The energy in our products will last forever in the application itself, this does not mean the product it is encased in will last forever. For example, the water or gel in the pyramid will remain energized as long as it is not influenced by microwaves, x-rays or magnets.  The pyramid will not last forever and the water/gel in it may evaporate over time.  All the energized products have a shelf life of some kind. Please be aware of this.  We make no guarantees of how long the product itself will last. However, we do our best to produce a quality product to bring you the most use.

*Limited Warranty – any misuse of products, damage that is not considered normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the Sante provide Care and Use instruction sheet will void warranty.

Infrared Oven Return Policy - 30 Day Money Back Guarantee


If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the Nu-Wave Infrared Oven, you may return it to Hearthware Home Products, Inc. within 30 days of its purchase for a refund of the original purchase price (less shipping and handling). Please verify that all components/accessories including printed inserts that came with the Nu-Wave OvenTM are included in the package and pack them all securely to prevent any damage in shipping. Then call 1-888-689-2831 to receive a Return Goods Authorization ("RGA#") Number.

On a separate piece of paper, write: (1) your name, (2) address, (3) daytime telephone number, (4) e-mail address (if available), and (5) "RGA" number. Attach a copy of the original invoice and insert both in the package for prompt processing.

Should any of the above instructions not be followed or any part be missing, it could result in a delay in processing or your return may not be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for return postage.

Our standard shipping is via Federal Express Ground.

THe Following INFORMATION IS IN THE  OWNER'S MANUAL

THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTS - The infrared cooking system including power head, dome, cooking rack, liner pan, base, and all electrical components to be free from defects and workmanship under normal household use, when operated in accordance with the Manufacture’s written instructions provided with each unit for one (1) year from date of purchase. The Manufacturer will provide the necessary parts and labor to repair any part of the infrared cooking system at Hearthware Home Products Service Department. After the expiration of the warranty, the cost of the labor and parts will be the responsibility of the owner. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER - The non-stick coating (if applicable) on any part of the cooking system. The Limited Warranty is voided if repairs are made by an unauthorized dealer or the serial number data plate is removed or defaced. Normal deterioration of finish due to use or exposure is not covered by this Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover failure, damages or inadequate performance due to accident, acts of God (such as lightning), fluctuations in electric power, alterations, abuse, misuse, misapplications, corrosive type atmospheres, improper installation, failure to operate in accordance with the Manufacturer’s written instructions, abnormal use or commercial use.
